Organise group reservations smoothly and mistake-free by implementing the below tips from our restaurant partners

• Try to use all the Bookya features to the maximum. As an example, you can allow automatic online reservations for groups of up to 10 people. In the case of higher numbers of people that wish to book a table, our system asks them to contact the restaurant directly. You then fill out all the reservation information (for more than 10 people) directly to BooYa. This will give your team much more control on no-shows, upsell items, sell fixed menus, and personalised booking experience to the customers.
• If the group is larger you can ask for advance payments to guarantee the reservation. This can be executed easily via BookYa system at the moment of booking.
• Ask the guests to fill in the more detailed booking form online. It’s very convenient for you to have extra information in advance! Such as “the desired length of stay” (from 1 hour to the whole night).
• You can set BookYa to send an automatic email to the customers (say over 10 people) advising their booking has been forwarded to the restaurant and is awaiting confirmation from the restaurant manager. This way you will get a chance to review the booking and negotiate the terms with the customers via email or phone
